Date of first entry AND PORT.

Hello!
In all my previous applications for work visas and even ILR, the question was "When did you first arrive" - and the answer (according to all my solicitors) was supposed to be the date of when my first work visa was issued. I successfully got all those visas and ILR.

But now in the Naturlisation form they ask when and [u]which port of entry[/u]. So the answer has to be the date of a flight and the name of the airport. I know the date and airport I flew in before I applied for my first work visa - about 2 month before it was issued (same day appointment).

I worry that the [b]answer[/b] to basically the same question in the application for naturalisation [b]will be different[/b] from the date stated in all the previous applications over the past 6 years.
Which date shall I state and is there a risk of rejection based on the difference in those dates?

Naturalisation is different from immigration - Nationality law vs. Immigration Regulations.
Just give the date of entry and place of port, e.g. London.... there is no risk of rejection if there is nothing untoward in your previous immigration applications.
