Spouse visa application - Financial requirement clarificaiton.

Post by mohanrajl » Wed Mar 20, 2019 1:28 pm

I'm on PR and work as a weekly paid contractor inside IR35, my salary slip has basic (number of hours * hourly rate), gross and net pay. Which one I consider to meet the financial requirement (18,600) for spouse visa extension in UK?
Thanks in advance.

Spouse visa - Financial requirement clarification

Post by mohanrajl » Thu Apr 04, 2019 9:54 am

This is regd spouse visa extension apply from UK (planning to apply end of april 2019).

a)Is it must that application's partner need to be employed with current employer for the last 6 months to meet financial requirement?
b) What if application's partnet meet the financial requirement within 4 months? Will it be considered?

I work as a contractor inside IR35 earned £17000 in 17 weeks (paid weekly) December 2018 to April 2019 and my wife earned £2000 in May 2018.

So in total it comes £19000. Will this work?

Thanks in advance.
