Travelling outside UK while Naturalisation application in process

Hi

I am thinking of applying for citizenship, for the past year I have already been outside the country for 80 days,

it says I can not go outside country for more than 90 days in the last year, do these days count from the date I apply for the citizenship (for example if I apply on 29/03/2019, do they count absence from that date till 29/03/2018).

If I go out of the country after applying through new service, will they consider them days as absence and add them to the 80 days?

How long can I stay outside the country while application is in process? Can I go out of country for month and come back? Would it be an issue as I have already spent 80 days outside country ?

It is within the last year from the date you submit your application. There are no restrictions for your travel
