Visitor visa application travel history - GC applicant

My wife is filing out her UK Visitor Visa application form. She is a a citizen of Pakistan but living in the US as Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card - not yet a US citizen) for the last 5 years. The application form asks for travel history: "Have you ever traveled outside your country of residence, excluding the UK, in the last 10 years?".
The country of residence for this purpose is Pakistan or USA? Does it mean 'travel outside Pakistan 'or 'travel outside US' in the last 10 years?

It is USA as that is clearly where she is resident.

Presumably you are British or.......???

How long is she planning on visiting??

What evidence of strong ties to the US will she submit??

We are Pakistani citizens but she is also has a legal permanent residence in USA. We plan to visit for 2 weeks. She is working in the USA, currently in year 2 of a 4 year training program. I work here as well but I am on a work visa. Our daughter is a US-citizen by birth so that should be evidence for ties to US.
