Twins baby registration

Post by Imran 1981 » Sat Apr 13, 2019 5:53 pm

Dear all,

I would be grateful if you would please help me on the following:

Background:

Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension granted in November 2016 until November 2018
Got married in January 2017: Wife on dependent visa valid until November 2018
Twin babies born in the UK in December 2017: They were also on dependent visa valid until November 2018 They are holding Indian passports and nationality
I and my wife applied for ILR in November 2018, Still awaiting for the decision
We didn't apply for the twins ILR as thought since they were born in the U we will register them for British

My question is if I receive my ILR then i will need to register my twins for British registration under MN1 form We intend to send them to India and make the MN1 application from India as they can travel to india under their Indian passports

their current status is overstayer We were just wondering is there any requirement that they will need to be physically present in the UK or we can make the application from India. Are they are risks associated with making MN1 application from India

I will be grateful if gurus if you would share your views as well

Thanks for your help.

Imran

Overstaying should not affect them. MN1 can be applied online from anywhere
