Difficulties in booking citizenship ceremony

Hello

I am trying to book my citizenship ceremony as well. I keep receiving the message of 'data cannot be retrieved' even though more them 5 working days passed since Home Office send my details to the council.

Could you please advice what shall I do in this case and what solution other applicants found?

You are expected to contact your local council and book the ceremony with them. If there are issues with their website/systems, contact them via phone
