My Wife was born at London in 1980 to a Non-UK Parents and shot got the Citizenship.
I am struggling to understand the word "shot" in that. What does it actually mean?
We didn’t register the Marriage yet at the British Embassy and We are willing to register the Baby now but we to need to know it’s better to register the baby first or the marriage and then the Baby.
Under the law of Egypt, where presumably you got married, are you are your wife considered legally married? If the answer to that is "yes" then the UK also considers you to be legally married.

Your wife has a British passport (there is no need to change that). She should register the child at the British Embassy and proceed to get a British-style birth certificate and British passport for the child.

You want to get a visa so that the family can move to the UK? If so it is a spouse visa that you would need to obtain. There are tests to pass. Have a read of past posts on the Board for more details.

It would not be acceptable for you to stay alone in the UK and for your wife to return to Egypt. The purpose of the spouse visa is so that you can live with your wife in the UK. When applying for the ILR you need to provide evidence that the two of you have lived togehter.

As I understand that we need to Forwarding the of marriage under the local law to the appropriate Registrar General in UK , or what ?
No, it is not compulsory to do that. Your Egyptian marriage certificate, and if necessary a translation of it into English, will prove that you are legally married, under the terms of the UK's Foreign Marriages Act 1892.
