Missed call from HO?

Hi all,

I submitted my application for naturalisation 2 weeks ago and have done my biometrics. Today I received a missed call from a number based in Leicester but they did not leave a voice message. I tried calling back and it doesn’t connect. After googling the phone number, the first result that returns is a page related to - https://home.oisc.gov.uk/

I have not received another call or email from HO. Should I be following up with them? If so, what number should I use?

Unlikely HO. Citizenship department is based in Liverpool not Leicester.

HO also rarely (almost never) contact form AN applicants by phone. They always write to you.

They send letters to your home address rather than calling you..
