When Tier 2 general dependent should stop working if main visa holder is searching for a new job?

Hello
I am on Tier 2 general visa having the last working day on 15 of June, as my position is being made redundant by employer. I am searching for a new job, but already short of time to get it set till 15.06.
My dependent spouse is working. The question for us how long can she work to help with bills? Should she quit her employer by 15.06 too as I will not be working since that?

Is there a way to find the prove for this (Gov.uk)?
My employer warned me that with my last working day, my dependent will not be legible to work.

Your employer is talking nonsense.

Your dependent is not dependent on your sponsor but on you. As long as you are in the UK your dependent can continue working if they have a valid visa.

If you find a new sponsor, you simply apply for a visa for yourself.
