Yes if you meet all the requirements, I cluding physically present in the UK on the same date 5 years ago as the date you poly online.Am i eligible to apply naturalization and UK citizenship now?

My first referee isn't registered accountant. So, i thought to use my neighbour who is an engineer with Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree working as Professional services Consultant. Can i use him as first referee?
