When do I get documents back after ILR appeal?

Post by tomline321 » Fri Jun 14, 2019 3:27 pm

Hi

I have my ILR appeal hearing in a couple of weeks - I am just wondering how long it will take to get the documents such as passport back? Is it immediate?

Thanks for the help

You were previously asked for additional information, which you have not as yet provided.

On what basis did you apply for ILR, which form did you use??

Does the information vary according to what form I use?

Whether you qualify for ILR varies depends on what form you used and whether you meet ALL the requirements.

You have posted vague asking questions on an internet forum where none of us know you or even what your circumstances are as you are not responding to questions in order to understand them for anyone to offer advice.

If you applied for ILR on, say form SET(O), it would be refused if you did not hold a qualifying visa. If you applied for ILR on SET(LR) and it was refused because you did not have 10 years long residence, which is the only ILR route that gives appeal rights, I suspect your appeal will also fail as you don't appear to have 10 years of legal stay.

We don't ask for information because we are nosey. We ask to understand so we can help you and with the very limited information you have posted, it is impossible for anyone to offer advice.
