COE-ROA To British Passport

Hello there,
Does any one know the process to get a british passport for someone with Certificate of entitelment? I have to get passport for my son,wondering if I just need to apply passport online or is there another step before applying for passport?

You apply directly for the passport. As you need to send in your current passport to the passport office, COE sticker will be then probably cancelled
