UK spouse visa documents not received

Hello my name is shahroz and I've applied for a UK spouse visa my appointment was on 26th of Feb 2019 and on that very same date my wife have send all our documents to SF 11 Sheffield's address and after 50 days I've got an email from visa shefo's email address that they haven't received my sponsors supporting documents we've lost our documents but Royal mail people find it for us and in that email they gave us different addresses of vfs globals office where we can submit our documents for 75 pounds she went to endinburgh's vfs office and they scanned our documents and after 8 days I got an email again that they haven't received my sponsors supporting documents my wife is my sponsor I don't know what to do I'm so stressed can anybody help me?? I just need an address where I could send the documents thank u

Hi hope your well. Your partner should go back to vfs and see why Sheffield has not received the documents. They will most likely need the receipt and will check. They could rescan it and it's the fastest way. Thanks

That’s a nightmare!

Go back to vfs, first thing in the morning if you can and ask them.

They were really slow with scanning my documents , I wasn’t sure if they had done it or not because I didn’t receive a confirmation email from them and the tracking number wasn’t working at all. Literally a day after I went, the documents were being couriered back to me!

Thank you for applying for a UK visa. Your visa application has been received and is under consideration. We aim to process non settlement applications within 15 working days (unless you have opted for the Priority Visa service), and settlement applications within 60 working days.

Unfortunately, the processing of your application has not been straightforward and we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible.

We will write to you again if there is any change to this. Please do not attend the Visa Application Centre until you have been advised that your application has been decided and that your passport is ready for collection.

Hi shahroz

You sent it to the PO box Sheffield? , i'm assuming it was delivered. What did the royal mail do and where did they find the documents? I sent it to PO box too and it said it's delivered but I got a feeling they don't check the post delivered to that address.

When you posted the documents, did you receive an email saying, "your application is currently being considered by an entry officer..." ?

Because when I posted mine to Po box, that is the email I received after couple of days.
