PCN and naturalisation

Hi guys please I really need your advice
It will be 6 weeks now have submitted my bc
I just realised I didn’t mention on my application I had
2 penalty ticket driving in the bus lane but all was pay

I want to know if I will be refuse because I didn’t mention that on my application ?

What can I do now I’m very confused please help

As repeated several time all over the forum PCNs have no effect on your application

The thing is I didint mention that on my application
I said no I should said yes and discloses
Please what can I do now ?

I also made another mistake the question (have you made any previous uk emmigration application in the uk or abroad ? I said no but i should said yes 😭
I have send a covering letter to HO but I realised that after 4 weeks is not to late ?
I’m really sad
