Apply for Naturalization for Minor while parents remain on ILR

Hi All,

Could someone shed some light on my doubt?

Myself, wife and my son all of us are on ILR status for more than a year now (since Apr2018).

Can I apply naturalization for my son while I and my wife remain ILR? If so, kindly could you please guide me the steps to follow.

How old is he??

If your son was born abroad, then no you cannot. He qualifies only when either parent is also applying or is already British.

If UK born, yes and he also did not need ilr.

Then no, he can only apply when either parent applies.
