Hello guys
I need your help with completing the online form for naturalisation [long residence + ILR obtained 3 years ago].
Actually, I had 6 previous UK immigration applications and I can give the dates of the start and expire of each visa. However, I cannot give the dates of submission, biometrics taken or the reference number of some of these applications which the forms mainly asks for. How could this be sorted out? Am I allowed to write approximate dates in this case?
If my total absences in the last 5 years are more than 450 days but less than 480, what should be the answer to the following questions?
(1) Do you meet these residence requirements? Yes/No
(2) Are there any reasons why you cannot meet the requirements to become a British citizen (for example, you have had too many absences from the UK)? Yes/No
(3) If you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application? Yes/No
And if the answer to Q2 or Q3 is No. Where can I write about the links that I have with the UK and explain how the UK is my Home now? Do I need to answer Yes to Q3 or can I write a cover letter and scan it with the documents?
Thank you for your help.
