Hi seniors i am applying british citizenship for my kids as i received my ILR recently

i am confuse in one question when filling online form they are asking are you applying Under EEA parent permanant residency ?

i received my ILR under spouse of british citizenship not as a EEA family member
so do i have to say no on that question or yes

Please help also regarding refree requirements do i have to give one personal reference and profesionall reference or i can give both as normal personal british citizen refrences please reply thanks

It is no to EEA question.

You need one professional referee and one personal referee.

If you were married to a British citizen are the children not British???

Yes my Both kids born in UK

first kid born and i was married to mother but when seccod kid born i was not married to her both born from same mother i had complicated life both kids have leave to remain status in UK based on private life
