Do i need Letter of consent for my Son's ROA/COE

Post by MACY » Wed Jul 17, 2019 11:58 pm

Dear members,

I have one question to ask, i have booked my Son's appointment for the Right of Abode. I paid and completed the online form. At the end of the form online there was a document asked for the Letter of consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Do me and my wife need to write a letter of consent? My son is 7 Months old. I am a naturalised citizen and my wife is on the spouse visa. Kindly advice as i have only 3 days left. Thanks a lot.
