Sponsoring Vistor's visa

Could you please advise what option need to be selected in Visitor online form, I am filling out online form for my parents to sponsor them.

At the moment I have ILR.

I am bit confuse either should be 2nd or 3rd option.

1- They have a temporary visa

2 - They are in the UK permanently

3 - They do not have a visa and are not in the UK permanently

4 - I cannot contact my relative

When I select 2nd option it asks my passport number - I don't have British passport, but have passport from another country. What should I choose?

Option 2.

Simply complete your details as required. Form form unlikely stipulates it must be a British passport number.
