Pbs dependents leading to ILR and citizenship

Post by Farrukh_2000 » Sun Aug 04, 2019 11:52 pm

Hi all
First part of my question is that after I got my ILR I’m applying for my wife and elder daughter (born in Pakistan)’s extension as their current visa expires in October 2019,their ILR qualifying period will be in January 2020
At that time if I apply for my wife only to apply for ILR and keep my daughter on PBS dependent visa,Is it possible once my wife gets her ILR in January and I apply for naturalisation next year July for my daughter to directly apply for naturalisation (bypassing ILR)
Secondly if I get both my wife and daughter to apply for ILR in January and once I get my naturalisation next year , will they have to wait another year on their ILR before applying for naturalisation or can apply for naturalisation once I get mine sorted??
I will really appreciate your comments in the above situation
As we will spending about 2000 for each applicant first for extension then for ILR about 3200 each so I thought if there is a way out?
Best Regards

Non UK born children are expected to hold ILR before being registered as British. One parent must also be British and the other parent should either be British or about to become British (for example at the same time). If you become British, your wife and daughter should be able to apply immediately afterwards without waiting for 12 months with ILR
