CHILD BRITSIH REGISTRATION AFTER ILR

Hi Guys

My self and my family got ILR recently through Tier 2
I planning to apply British citizenship only for my daughter now --Can I apply her british citizenship application now or have wait for one year -My daughter born in India holding Indian passport and she is 4 year old.

We are not planning to change our citizenship and hold Indian Citizenship

Please advise.

She can only apply for citizenship when either parent also applies. There are no special provisions for her if you or your spouse do not apply. If neither parent applies, then she cannot apply either as an under 18 child.

She would also lose her Indian citizenship if she could apply for British citizenship.
