Is I'm eligible for British citizenship. I came England in 2007 in 2012 my student Visa was curtail. In 2013 I got married with eeu member but my visa was refuse in August 2014 I got my visa .in 2016 we got divorced after divorce I got retains of residence after 2 years of retain if residence I got permanent residence
It's more than a year to got pr .so can I apply for British citizenship .
Or will home office check 10 years history for living.

What date was your student visa curtailed to and expired?? What date did you marry your EU spouse, presumably with approval from HO??

Yes ho checks the 10 years history for all applicants.
