Hello Gurus,
My Husband just got British Citizenship ( British Passport) a few days ago . I got ILR a few days ago. Now my question is , Do i have to wait like my husband for 12 months after ILR or can i apply right away for Naturalization as my Husband has got a British Passport. Thanks

You do not have to wait if you meet the 3 years residence requirements to apply as spouse of BC.

Thanks. By residence requirement you mean that i was present in the last 3 years within the UK i guess. If yes i came to UK in 2014 and living since with my Husband. Is it correct

Yes, physically present 3 years ago on the same date you submit and apply online (not on holiday abroad even) as well as meeting the absence limits.

Can you please tell what is the absence requirement. bacuase i have been backhome every year for a month approximately.

No more than 270 days absence in the 3 years and no more than 90 days in the last 12 months.
