Can somebody please advise

me and my partner got ilr in 2018 and my partner got the Naturalization approval letter yesterday as he is British now and i want to apply for Naturalization but my ilr issued on 19/10/2018 which is less 2 month to complete the 1 year time for minimum time period required for nationality application. i just want to make sure that i am eligible for Naturalization as my partner is British now or i have to complete 1 year time.

If he only got the approval letter, then he is NOT British yet. He is only British once he attend his ceremony.

Yes, assuming that you meet the absence, physical presence and other requirements for the 3 year spouse route.

Also be aware that some councils can take two or so months to arrange the citizenship ceremony anyway. So you may not gain much time.
