PCN Declaration

Hello Everyone

Thanks for the help so far on various questions. I have naturalisation application due and wanted to ask if PCNs need to be declared. The information on the guidance is not clear as it speaks about FPNs and parking fines. The PCNs I have received is for parking on suspending parking bay and stopping on yellow box.

I am aware that these should not impact the naturalisation application but not sure if I should declare them now as I didn't declare in my ILR application.

PCNs do not need to be declared and have no effect on your application unless you failed to challenge them in court or failed to pay.
