Tier 2 to ILR application - absence letter

Hi All

I am planning to apply for my ILR next week as that is when my ‘28 days before the 5 year anniversary of the first visa issue date’ kicks in.

I have changed employers twice & I am not able to obtain a letter on my absences as it is not their policy to provide such information to people who have left the businesses.

Now, I’ve travelled out of the UK for a total of c. 60 days (c. 54 days not counting the departure & return date) over the 5 years with no travel exceeding 30 days plus public holidays in any residence year.

Am I ok submitting my application without these letters from my previous employers considering I am not able to obtain these letters?
