Help needed for "student dependent" !!!

Helo frineds,

I'm 25, from non-EU visa nation. I entered UK in october 2003 as a student. Then I got married (in june 04) with a non-EU student 28 yrs, then I changed my visa to his dependent, since then I've been working full time.

I have got two quries, please try to give your opinion.

1) Can i change my visa to student visa again??(so my husband can be dependent of me and work full time)

2) Can my employer apply for work permit for me??( I havenot done degree from UK). Yes, as a dependent I can work fulltime. WP would be good, If I can stay in WP for 4 yrs then I could apply for ILR.

i think the rules have changed since you last changed your visa , and now you can no longer change your visa without going back to the origin country first and then re applying for the new visa.

I know as a dependent I can't switch my visa in-country.

I entered UK as student, later changed to dependent of my husband. I was thinking there might be some provision on switching, for dependent who changed to dependent visa from student.

If anyone has any knowledge about it, please help....
