Good Character Requirement

Hi all members of this present forum!
I would like to know what are the required documents for a BC application for someone married to BC? I received my ILR 12month ago on 26/11/2018. I intend to apply on the same date

If you are married to a British citizen there was no requirement to wait 12 months on ilr.

Hi all and sorry if I ask this question in the wrong post but it’s regarding the referees.
1-one referees should be a person of any nationality who has a professional standing! Eg minister of religion, civil servant or member of a professional body.
My best friend lives and works in the UK as a Maintenance Technician, can he act as a referee for me?

2. If he is not British, then no he cannot act as your professional referee. Your professional referee must be in the ho list of accepted professions and be of any nationality.

If yes, can they both be just professionals?

I have been caught by a speed camera back in April 2017 SP50 I took the speed awareness course and got cleared. Unfortunately i have been caught again in March 2018 as SP30 and as a result I was fined £100 and 3points endorsement.

Can this affect my application for a BC naturalisation and result to a refusal?

1- disqualification for speeding?

Something else?

Hi I have another question please advice!
A couple of years ago I was on a low income and my mice and I applied for Tax credit but last year it turned out that I earning increased and HRMC overpaid us but We are paying that back it’s all set by direct payment!
Is this worth declaring?
Can it be an issue?

Not an issue (happens all the time).
