IHelo,I meed some guidance on filling Tier 2 general visa application form for applying outside UK.
When applying the CoS my job was not in the shortage occupation list.So my sponsor did Residence Market Labour test and assigned the CoS to me.Now when I am about to fill my online visa application my job Soc code is present in the shortage occupation list.
Can anyone please let me know what should I select for the 'Shortgae occupation list' question.
I am planning to select is as Yes and mention that RMLT was done even though it is not in shortage occupation list.Pleasd advise.

Hi, my friend is switching employer from tier 2 general to tier 2 general shortage occupancy category.
While filling CH2 form there is a question asking if you are using any Public Funds. Now he has realised that he is getting Child benefit from last 2 months and while checking his current BRP it says ‘No Public Funds’, so looks like applying for child benefit was a mistake.
Now filling the form should he say Yes ( which he was not eligible) or No which would be giving wrong information.
Shouldn’t he be denied when he made request?
Anyways what should he fill in the form.. please suggest
