IN UK on Tier 1 Visa...can I bring spouse?

Hello,

I'm a US citizen in London on a Tier 1 visa (about 4 months). My fiance is still in the US, but we are planning on getting married in a couple months, and I course want to bring her here as my spouse.

She does not appear to have enough points to get her own Tier 1 visa. Can I bring her here as a spouse/dependent, even though I am here on a 2-year Tier 1 visa?
