Citizenship revocation

Hi
I wonder if anyone aware about the revocation a citizenship when the person absent from ireland.
Would he/she be a subject of revocation/loss of citizenship? As I read, it says something about seven years and/or annual declaration not to be revoked a citizenship. Does anyone aware of this?

You need to fill out a Form 5 every year and mail it to INIS if you are not ordinarily resident in Ireland for more than 7 years.

thanks littlerr. So as far as I understand i do not need to fill in form5 until that 7 years expire? And what happens after 7 years? Do i need to fill in form annual bases or what?

You don't need to do anything until the 7 year mark has passed. After that you need to do it every year.

Have any of you submitted the form 5? What I understood is that we have to submit the form 5 even before the 7 years.

Can anybody advise?
