Further leave to remain Extension - Help!!

Hello Lovely People,

I was wondering whether anyone can help me. My missus is in the process of applying for a further leave to remain in the UK but we are stuck as the online form asks for my previous relationship details including any children. I have child from my ex but I don't understand why they want to know about that when the application is about my current spouse and not me.

The questions asks: "Does Mr (name of spouse) have any other children in the UK that are not applying on this application?"

It asks for proof of where the child lives, we can't provide that as the child does not reside with us.
The child passport: The does have one but it is with the mother and we have no info on this and can't ask for it either as of contact issues at present.
Utility bills to prove the child address: Again, not at our home so cannot provide, she lives with the mother at her residence. The form goes into so much detail about the Child and her extended family that I do not have an idea. Any Advice? Suggestions?
