i have questions, please have a look:

1. lawyer went to BIA / IND, same day service, they advised to submit by post due to the fact that there was no UK stamp on return in the airport, and they needed to check landing cards ! but there is the outgoing Ukrainian stamp, why is it not enough? They said i could have gone to Zimbabwe, how redicilous is that. where else would i have gone, no other visas at that time, leaving an international airport ??.

2. also i have my SAR report and it does not have any landing cards in there, does this mean they are else where, other records or they are lost ?? although i did see in the tabs titled "landing cards" in the computer records print-outs from SAR but they were not clicked - meaning not shown and obviously not printed. shouldnt they have included those records in the SAR file, or just forgot, and messed up like the whole HO.

3. could a receipt of paying a college fees four months later with my signature proove that i was there?
