Hi SunLeo,SunLeo wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2020 7:54 pmHi, Same is my situation exactly.
I did biometric on 28 July 2020.
Then my company reported BRP non-arrived on 10 Sep 2020.
Then on 1st Oct, Home Office replied to my company about some technical issue, but no detail.
Can you please share any email where to send my enquiry. I tried the phone, but they asked me to contact my employer as they filed my VISA.
Thanks!
Hi Ankooo, Hope you are doing well, ankooo wrote: ↑Wed Oct 28, 2020 4:06 pmJust received this email after sending multiple not arrived forms,
Good afternoon,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding the delivery of this Biometric Residence Permit (BRP).
This has been passed to the caseworker who should contact you directly.
We advise travel arrangements should not be made until after the BRP has been received.
For further information regarding this query you should contact the caseworker directly, caseworker’s details can be found on the decision letter. If a Premium Service Centre (PSC) was attended to receive the outcome of this application, you should contact the PSC attended.
Please note we are unable to provide you with any further details of the caseworker.
I don't think the case worker detail was on the decision email I got before. Anyone know more about this? How do I find out who he/she is?
Hi mana, I haven’t got anything yet. The thing is, I can’t find the contact info for my caseworker. Where did you find it? The decision letter on email doesn’t say anything by about it.
I already had my ILR before applying so didn’t exchange test result etc beforehand... my decision email was also from noreply address. I wonder if it’s just me or not. Really want someone’s name.
I am in the same situation like you. Got my decision letter on 06th Oct 2020. have not received BRP till today.aab wrote: ↑Wed Nov 11, 2020 10:12 pmHi all,

I'm not sure how much it helped, but with each communication I itemised by attempts in this way and sent it to them, to show the many attempts I was making.
My case was passed on to a caseworker on 28th Oct. I heard nothing since despite reporting it repeatedly...MKC wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 1:31 pmHi everyone,
I just received a response from the BRP Team that my query has been passed to the caseworker now.
I also noticed they responded to my first enquiry.
My decision letter = 10.10.2020
First enquiry = 24.10.2020
If anyone else is in a similar situation, how long did it take to receive your BRP after escalation to the caseworker?
I saw someone in the forum waited for at least 10 days to even get a response from the caseworker.
Thanks!
Sorry to hear that you are in the same situation. It is really stressful. Thankfully, I finally recieved my BRP on the 13th November after an apology email from the case worker.MeMe04 wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 12:31 pmI am in the same situation like you. Tried calling them thrice, raised online complaints, nothing seems to help.
I dont have the caseworker email to directly contact them. Do you think that sending a letter to BRP Deliveries & Collections will help?? I dont understand what more to do!! Please help
Congratulations MKT.
