Hi

My current leave to remain expires in march 2021 and i will be applying for ILR via the 5 year spouse route.

My HR has asked me for my renewed immigration status as the same is due to expire next month.

Unfortunately due to Covid, ILR under SET(M) is not being processed under priority service and is currently taking approx. 6 months or so.

In this case what can i show to my HR as proof of my immigration and right to work during the interim period while my ILR is being processed but visa has expired.
