I received Email-1 below for my ILR visa application(Tier2 General Partner 5 years Route) from Home office requesting additional documents.

We are considering your application and need further information. This information is being requested under paragraph 245AA(b) of the Immigration Rules.
Marriage certificate
Documents to evidence co-habitation over the past 24 months with your spouse.
Please send these documents as a scanned attachment within 10 working days to worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk quoting your application reference in the subject line. Please attach the document directly to the email as we are unable to access links to files hosted on sites such as Dropbox™ or Google Drive™. Please also include a translation of the document provided if it is not in English or Welsh.

I sent the documents(Marriage Certificate, 2 years council tax, and 4 water bills in gap of 6 months) as an zip file attachment with subject 'Ref: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX' to the specified email id worksponsoreddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk. I received acknowledgement as below(Email-2) immediately.

However after a month on 17th Mar 2021 i got the below email(Email-3). I am not sure how to ensure that the automated system receives my attachments and link to my application correctly. There is no case worker assigned and no human i can talk to. Has anyone faced the same problem and any advice on how to solve it.
1. Is there a specific format to be used in subject?
2. Should the attachment be only pdf?
3. Any size/filename restrictions
4. Any other additional documents expected?
If anyone had got such an email and got it working please let me know so i can follow the same.

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing your application. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information. We previously wrote to you on 16 February 2021 to request further documents. To date, we do not seem to have received them.
Please provide further official documentation as evidence that you have been living with your spouse in a relationship.
