Student Loan eligibility

Hi,
My daughter is in A level and getting ready to apply for her undergraduate course starting September 2022. I am on a Tier 2 Visa and my daughter lives here on a dependent visa on mine. She is living in England continuously for past 7 years and had been studying here in the school since year 6. Will she be eligible for the student load next year or will she need to apply for 7 year child ILR to become eligible? She is 17 years now. Could anyone guide me on this please? Many thanks! - Subhas
