I am on a Tier-2 General visa in UK and have about 1.5 year left on Visa. I wish to sponsor my parents to visit UK with a Visitor 6 months visa. For this, I would provide the neccesary bank documentation and my current BRP.
The complex part is, I am submiting application for visa switch/extension (Tier-2 gen to 2 year skilled worker) next week as part of a job switch. Considering this, my BRP will be submitted to HO and would get a new one after sometime.
Can i still use the current BRP (submitted by the time of parent's visa submission) as proof of my stay in UK? Is there any process around such scenario, any additional documentation that I should be providing.
Any guidance would be appreciated around this!
