Skilled Worker Visa - Motoring Offence

Post by Mattsiu » Sat Oct 09, 2021 3:19 am

Hi all,

I have a previous conviction for careless driving and received a fine in HK court in 2018. No criminal record was made. I am wondering if this forms a ground for refusal under Immigration Rule 9.4.3 for my application for visa and how the case officer will approach when exercising discretion.

Many thanks for your advices in advance.

Matt

Many thanks Vinny. May I know if my case does not fall within paragraph 9.4.3 as it did not result in a criminal record?
