TB Test - Kazachstan Citizen residing and applying from Poland

Good morning,

I just found a website which states that Kazachstan nationals applying for entry clearance into UK from Kazachstan need TB test.

Now what if the before mentioned Kazachstan citizen have been residing and is applying for entry clearance into UK from Poland?

Poland isn't on gov UK list therefore it's not even possible to look up approved TB test centre.

Any information would be highly appreciated.
