bank statements

Post by dreamer2 » Thu Oct 28, 2021 9:14 pm

Good evening,
I am in process to renew my leave to remain ( spouse) with dependent. I have a cash savings over 72 000 to meet financial requirements. The money were in a joint account till June and then we split them with my husband and kept them on everyday savings accounts under our names. We both managed to save some money and we have more than we put there initially. I am a bit confused how to fill my application.
1. on the question about second account it asked me when it was open. Shall I put march 2018 or the date when I transferred the funds on this account?
2. What balance shall I put in my application as in all accounts start balance and balance after 6 months is different?
3. I have my last bank statement dated 5th October, will this be ok as I understood that the banks statements must be within 28 days form the date of application ? In this scenario I need to apply until 2nd November ?

2. What balance shall I put in my application as in all accounts start balance and balance after 6 months is different? The correct balance not falling below the required amount in the last 6 months.
3. I have my last bank statement dated 5th October, will this be ok as I understood that the banks statements must be within 28 days form the date of application ? In this scenario I need to apply until 2nd November ? Correct. Or you getva new statement pro date to keep within the 28days requirement.

visa application ( spouse visa extension)

Post by dreamer2 » Sat Oct 30, 2021 7:40 pm

Hi, I have filled my application for spouse visa extension with my dependent son who is 22 years old. It was no question or request documents about if he work or where he lives. But every lower said to me that it will be difficult to prove his dependency as he is an adult and not on full time education.
Shall I still download few letters on his name to prove the address? Anything else I need to be aware as he is over 18 years old?
I need to download my husband passport to prove he is British citizen. Shall I add all pages or first one will be enough?
Also, shall I download my and my son's passport or it will be done at biometric appointment?

Also, shall I download my and my son's passport or it will be done at biometric appointment? Upload it yourself from home.

Thank you!
I need to submit my application this week but still worried as in my application there was not much question about my over 18yo dependent son and the only documents I need to submit is : his passport, BRP, birth certificate. It doesn't ask to submit English test, any letters and etc. He just got graduated and working part time but lives with us. Anything I missed in my application or HO doesn't ask to prove his address and his dependency of me?
