No it doesn't make you qualified. It is indefinite leave to enter OR indefinite leave to remain. In other words, no time limit on how long you can stay.The eligibility of the job - ""If you are from outside UK, it is essential that you have indefenite leave to enter or to remain in the UK."
Will "or to remain" not qualify me?
If your spouse has been absent from the UK for more than two continuous years, his ILR status will have automatically lapsed anyway.
