My (Tier 2) and my partner's (Tier 2 dependent) visas are expiring on 14/04/2022. Since I have completed 5 yrs on Tier 2, I applied for ILR and my biometrics date is on 01/04/2022.
My partner has not completed 5 yrs. So, she is applying to extend her T2 dependent (i.e., Skilled worker dependent). I have two questions:
1. Am I correct in assuming that In the extension application, we just enter the exising details pertaining to my current Tier 2? For instance, they ask for CoS details and we have entered the existing CoS details. I have provided with my ILR application number in the extension application. So, hopefully, they will be able to pick up our circumstances.
2. When it comes to paying IHS, it is asking for my work end date and my visa end date. Do we just enter the current end dates (14/04/2022)? If so, won't they calculate IHS just for a month? Or should I enter both end dates as 3 years from now even though I don't have a decision on my ILR?
