Changing Job before starting the first job

Hi, I am currently located in India and I ( with 2 dependents) got Skilled Worked Visa for 5 years from Company A on 10th August 2022 and my joining date is 3rd October 2022.
I will have to collect our BRP card from Company A's solicitors once I land in the UK.
Now, my current company in India would like to retain me and they are willing to initiate the internal move from India to the UK.
1. Do I have to inform Company A to cancel the live CoS before my current company assigns a CoS for me? This is defined CoS.
2. Do I need undefined CoS for internal move from India to the UK?
3. How long it takes to get the CoS?
4. Will this kind of Visa transfer even before starting the new job creates any issues with the Visa decision?

Also, can we apply for Skilled Worker Visa instead of Senior/Specialist worker Visa (ICT) when we are moving from India to the UK through the same company? I understand we cannot apply for ILR after 5 years through Senior/Specialist Worker Visa (ICT).
