Hi,
I am UK citizen and applying family visa for my wife and child from outside UK.
I got divorce with my 1st wife and my second marriage was happened after I got the divorce papers only.
But I was living together with my 2nd wife before I got divorce (i.e. after mutual consent divorce petition filed),
so my child birth date is just 3 months after my 2nd marriage date. Will it be an issue for my wife/child visa application?
Thank you,
Pawar

Hi,
I am planning to apply for family visa for my wife and child this month. But currently I am staying with friends, so planning to take house rent with move-in date after 3 months (anyway visa processing will take 3-6 months). So, in accommodation details, will it be ok to mention this rented house address details and provide agreement paper as proof for their accommodation in UK?? hope you understand......
Thank you,
Pawar

Child birth date won't come into question at All so no issue for the visa.
You must show that divorce with first wife already concluded before marrying current wife.

Hi,
I am from India.. I got divorce with my 1st wife and married again after the divorce. Now I am applying for family visa for my 2nd wife. I have court orders for my marriage divorce. Is that document enough as a proof for divorce? or do I need to get divorce certificate and submit (not sure though who will issue divorce certificate)...
Please can someone suggest...
Regards, Pawar

Hi,
I am working with same company for the last 3 years and my salary is £6K/month for the last one year. I am on unpaid leave from April to Aug (5 months) and I have a letter from my company on the same. Now I am planning to apply for family visa for my wife and child.
My understanding is that unpaid leave duration will not be considered when they calculate last 6 months earnings and I can submit last 6 months pay slips i.e. Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar and Sep ???
Can any one suggest me please?
appreciate your quick reply....
Thank you,

You need the actual/final divorce certificate (Decree Absolute in UK)

Thank you,
The requirement is to send your last 6 months payslip, not any 6 months payslip. In this case, you'll need to send the last 1 year. This would show that you met the annual requirement of 18,600 per annum.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Hello Pawar,
I will leave it to people with in depth knowledge of divorce matters from India to address.

Hi,
I am from India and got married (Hindu marriage) in India. I came to UK on tier1 visa and later my wife joined me on dependent visa. I got my UK citizenship as well.
Because of some issues I got divorced (after UK citizenship) and it was happened in Indian court as my marriage was registered in India. I got 2nd marriage now and I am planning to bring my 2nd wife on Family visa. My query is, regarding my divorce proof, Court order/Divorce decree issued in Indian family court is sufficient? or Do I need to get Divorce certificate from UK/India?
If I need to submit Divorce certificate, as discussed with my lawyer in India there won't be any Divorce certificate and divorce decree/court order is sufficient..... So could you please help me from where I can get divorce certificate in India please? appreciate if anyone from India or expert already done before and success please suggest...
If I need to get this certificate from UK court based on my India divorce decree then could you please suggest the process and how much time it will take please??
appreciate your quick help please.....
Thank you in advance,
