Situation query

Hi all

Not sure where this question sits so do apologise in advanced.. a friend has asked me the following;

One women in Pakistan she married with a British citizen.she have a daughter 10 year old with British passport.her husband died in UK 2016 .how can she travel to UK

It's a tricky one to get from outside the UK. Just having a British child doesn't allow you to pack your bags and move to the UK as an adult dependant.

What might work whilst you're already in the UK wouldn't work easily from outside.

I'm afraid she can't use the child or the late spouse to enter in the UK easily at this juncture. She'll have to find a way that works for strictly her.
