I am spouse of British citizen
Can I please add on this how long is the absence period to be quailified for ilr.
in total please i need to know and all linked aspects like last 180 datys etc.
I assume i am on 5 years spouse route and how do i find out if i am on 5 years route.
Please help on this well

There is no absence limits for spouse route.

450 days absence is allowed.

If you comes on income band 18500 than you are on five year route.

If your partner on public funds and income not qualify than you are 10 year route

whats the maximum days of absence in one go?

There is NO absence limit for spouse visa holders. There is no such thing as no more than 450 days absence allowed.

There is no repercussion if your partner is BC claims public funds at any point in their own rights.

Be careful to not take public funds via your partners claim; or by asking for homelessness help (which is a public fund) or being housed by the council and having your name on the tenancy (also a public fund).

Your British spouse has been told this last month. Nothing has changed and your earnings will reduce his UC claim, even though he can't claim extra money for you via UC.
