Please help me in identifying my category for extension

Please help me in identifying my category for extension

I applied for HSMP just after the new point based rules were announced on 5th Dec 2006 and got EC by Jan 2007. I was granted the visa for 2 year and will be due for an extension in January 2009

Could anyone tell me under which category i should apply for extension?

Section 3B or Section 3C?

you'll be under tier 1 then
