HI
I have a family business and applied for the innovator visa as a way to expand into the UK. Application was in end 2021 and I was rejected in early 2022.
Got an endorsement and applied but I was rejected since the business was not 'innovative enough'.
Appealed via my lawyer in mid 2022 again but nothing so far.
Thinking if I should give them another letter with some recent updates on the business (saying that the business which I presented has much more revenue overseas than they expect UK companies to have at the end of 3 years etc etc and that it should have come to the UK entity with the Innovator visa rather than my overseas entity).
As background, I have two degrees from the UK too (Bachelors, MBA) - they don't care.
Any help or advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
