UK Visitor Visa for in-law

Post by davision » Mon May 01, 2023 9:42 am

Hi All

I need some advise about my in-law visitor visa, I would appreciate this group as always helpful with great responses

1. we are showing that my father-in law is working with monthly salary of 50k INR, we have been saving the fund to show the financial stability
however, due to some unforeseen circumstances, they withdrew funds from saving in a pattern as follow

March month - 2 lakh
Feb month - 3 thousands
Jan month - 90 thousands
Dec month - 70 thousands

a) on the Visa application, there is a query about "What is your spending each month ", what can I enter?

b) we are planning to show 2 lakh 30 thousands(TOTAL) for both father-in law and mother-in law applications ? will it be sufficient?
if this fund is not sufficient we are planning to show a Annual bonus letter with additional fund of 1 lakh

c) what can i answer on "How much money are you personally planning to spend on your visit to the UK?"
I am thinking to put as £1000 for father-in law application and £1000 for father-in law application ? will it be sufficient?

d) They don't have property on their name , hence to show personal tie we are getting an affidavit (with joint ownership) from her daughters property in India?

is showing joint ownership of Affidavit would be sufficient?

Thanks
Rammy

Most folks here don't have a clue what all this monies mean. You might want to convert them first to money that we understand (£) and repost.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
